Write to support
Write from your account's email address and include:
- the organization's name and the project's UID, such as
proj_… - the UID of the request or delivery, such as
req_…ordlv_… - what you did, what you expected and what happened instead
UIDs in the docs says where each UID appears. Never send your CLI key, passwords, or secrets from a webhook's headers or body.

Disconnect an AI app
To disconnect an AI app, click Revoke next to it on Authorized apps in your account settings. The app stops working at once. Revoke an app lists the steps.
Billing
An owner or admin changes the organization's plan on Settings › Billing in the dashboard. Plans and limits lists the steps. Write to [email protected] about a payment or a refund.
Report a security issue
Report a security issue to [email protected], with the steps to reproduce it.
